Sailor Neptune is all around character. She is not fast nor slow, and not weak nor strong. Her attacks have good range, but like her partner, Sailor Uranus, her "crouching block" isn't as good as the shorter characters.

Submarine Reflection
Button Sequence: (Charge) B, T + P
Range: Long
Sailor Neptune uses her Deep Aqua Mirror to create a ball of energy that strikes from a distance, but it hits high enough for Chibi Moon to avoid damage even if she was standing.

Splash Edge
Button Sequence: T, D, DT + P
Range: Medium
Sailor Neptune does an uppercut, which is very effective against opponents in the air.

Dragon Rise
Button Sequence: T, D, DT, T, D, DT + SP
Range: Medium
Sailor Neptune's desperation move. It is similar to her Splash Edge, but with more range and power, and the water energy is in the shape of a dragon.
