Super Sailor Chibi Moon

Super Sailor Chibi Moon has only two attacks, but they have good range, and can be executed with relative ease. She is also the shortest character in the game. She can even avoid attacks like Deep Submerge and Mars Flame Sniper by just standing there! Her jumping ability is also one of the best in the game, because she can do a jump after her initial jump (double jump).

Super Sailor Chibi Moon "booty bumps" her opponent from the air. Depending on the height of the jump and the kick button used, she can strike anywhere from a short to a long range.

Twinkle Yell
Button Sequence: B, BD, D, DT, T + SP
Range: Various
Super Sailor Chibi Moon's desperation attack. She crouches and prays for Pegasus, who strikes the opponent wherever they are.
