Super Sailor Chibi Moon has only two attacks, but they have good range, and can be executed with relative ease. She is also the shortest character in the game. She can even avoid attacks like Deep Submerge and Mars Flame Sniper by just standing there! Her jumping ability is also one of the best in the game, because she can do a jump after her initial jump (double jump).
