Sailor Star Fighter is one of the Sailor Starlights, three senshi who take on the male human form, but a female senshi. She is the leader of the Sailor Starlights. As Seiya Kou, he is a tough boy who hates losing. When he and Taiki and Yaten transfer to Juuban High School, Seiya starts developing a crush for Usagi, which makes Haruka suspicious. He flirts with Usagi, and even calls her "odango atama" (Meatball Head). Seiya is also the lead singer for the "Three Lights", Seiya's, Yaten's, and Taiki's singing group. He is the keyboard player and also writes lyrics and composes music, as well as drumming.

Sailor Star Fighter's fuku is all leather. She wears a black leather collared bra mounted by a winged bow with a star. She has gloves that go past her elbows and end in a gray belted strap. Her choker looks like a gray belt with a buckle. She wears star earrings and has a thin tiara with a star. Her shorts are black and strapped in gray with a star covering her navel. Her boots are black leather and reach past her knees.
