Queen Neherenia- The only enemy to make another appearance in another season, Queen Neherenia breaks free from her soul mirror (with help from a voice later revealed to be Sailor Galaxia). The shards from her broken mirror rain on Tokyo and those hit become in a trance. She was later healed by Eternal Sailor Moon.

Galaxia- The main villain of the 5th season. She commanded 4 other senshi to collect star seeds for her, because hers was missing. She was later convinced by Sailor Moon to regain possession of her body and defeat Chaos. Her voice is done by Horie Mitsuko.

Sailor Iron Mouse- The first of Sailor Galaxia's Anima-mates to gather star seeds, and rather cute too. She was killed by Galaxia after too many failures, by having her wristbands taken away. She went in disguise as a television producer named Chuuko Nezu. Her voice is done by Hara Eriko.

Sailor Aluminum Siren- The second of the Anima-mates who took over after Iron Mouse was killed. She too had many failures and was killed when Galaxia took her bracelets. Whenever she is nervous, she gets hungry. She goes in disguise as Reiko Ayasai. Her voice is done by Inoue Kikuko.

Sailor Lead Crow- The third of the Anima-mates. She always kept an eye on Aluminum Siren and was saddened by her death. She also hated Sailor Tin Nyanko because she convinced Galaxia to kill Aluminum Siren. When Galaxia paired them together, she the two of them would argue. She was killed when she fell in a black hole from a capsule that held Usagi's star seed, caused by Sailor Tin Nyanko. She goes under the identity Akane Karasuma. Her voice is done by Suzuka Chiharu.
