Tomoe Souichi- Hotaru's father, and the main villain in Sailor Moon S. He is trying to rule the world. A few years ago, during a science experiment that went wrong and killed everyone in the lab but him, he made a deal with the Daimon Master that in exchange for his soul, he would get his daughter Hotaru back. And Souichi became the leader of the Death Busters. His voice is done by Kamiya Akira.

Eudial- Known in the CW dubs as Eujial. The first of the 5 witches. She took Heart Crystals using a special gun. She was killed when Mimete removed the brakes from her van and drove off a cliff. Her voice is done by Kawamura Maria.

Mimete- The second of the 5 witches. She took Heart Crystals from those she admired. She was killed when she put herself in a giant television and Tellu literally "pulled the plug on her." Her voice is done by Kanai Mika.

Tellu- The third of the 5 witches. She used plants to steal Heart Crystals, but unfortunately for her, she was killed by one of her creations. Her voice is done by Honda Chieko.

Viluy- The fourth of the 5 witches. She tried to use computers to capture Heart Crystals for her, controlled by a wristband. Unfortunately, her wristband broke, and she was killed. Her voice is done by Takamori Yoshino.

Cyprine & Puchirol- These are twin witches, but they consider themselves one witch, hence, they are the fifth of the 5 Witches. They gathered Heart Crystals by hypnotizing students, but they were tricked and killed each other in the end. Cyprine's voice is done by Fuchizaki Yuriko, and Puchirol's voice is done by Kasahara Rumi.

Kaolinite- Known in the CW dubs as Kaorinite. A servant to Professor Tomoe, originally sought Heart Crystals. She was very cruel to Hotaru, and mentally abused her. She was killed by Mistress 9. Her voice is done by Uemura Noriko.
