Ail- N.A. Name: Alan Granger. One of the aliens born of the Makaiju. He plays a flute used to call minions called Cardians in order to gather energy to revive the Makaiju. He fell in love with Usagi and would try to win her affection. In Japan his voice is done by Touma Yumi.

Ann- N.A. Name: Anne Granger. The other of the aliens born of the Makaiju. She fell in love with Mamoru and tried to win his affection, and was unsuccessful at that. In Japan, her voice is done by Midorikawa Hikaru.

Kooan- N.A. Name: Catsy. One of the four Akayashi sisters of The Dark Moon, and the youngest. She was very aggressive and used a Dark Fire attack. She was matched up with Sailor Mars, and was the first to be healed by Sailor Moon. In Japan, her voice is done by Yamazaki Wakana.

Beruche- N.A. Name: Birdy. The second youngest of the Akayashi sisters, and the most shy and sensitive. She didn't participate in battle very much. She is a chess genius and played Ami in a tournament. He was matched up with Sailor Mercury. Her specialty is Dark Water, and she was the second to be healed by Sailor Moon. In Japan, her voice is done by Amano Yuri.

Karaberasu- N.A. Name: Avery. The second oldest of the Akayashi sisters. She and her older sister Pettsu were always arguing. She was matched up with Sailor Venus. She has no special powers, but carries a whip. She and Pettsu were the last ones healed by Sailor Moon. In Japan, her voice is done by Hiramatsu Akiko.

Pettsu- N.A. Name: Prisma. The oldest and most powerful of the Akayashi sisters. She was very aggressive and always arguing with Karaberasu. She used a Dark Thunder attack, and was matched up with Sailor Jupiter. She turned on her sisters when Rubeus gave her a power strobe, but was outnumbered and was later healed by Sailor Moon. In Japan, her voice is done by Ogata Megumi.

Rubeus- He was put in charge of the Akayashi sisters. He manipulated the sisters (all who were in love with him) into doing his work for him. He was later killed when the spaceship he was in exploded. In Japan, his voice is done by Takagi Wataru.

Esmeraude- N.A. Name: Emerald. The successor of Rubeus. She was killed by Sailor Moon after Tuxedo Kamen destroyed a tiara which transformed her into a dragon, and was eliminated with Moon Princess Halation. In Japan, her voice is done by Koyama Mami.

Sapphiru- N.A. Name: Sapphire. Diamond's brother. He found out the Wiseman was using them, and tried to go to Earth to warn the Akayashi sisters about the plot the Wisemean had, but was injured by the Wiseman, and later killed. In Japan, his voice is done by Kashiwakura Tsutomu.

Diamond- N.A. Name: Prince Diamond. Prince of the Dark Moon who was deeply infatuated with Neo Queen Serenity. He sacrificed his life to save Sailor Moo when the Wiseman was trying to kill her. In Japan, his voice is done by Shiozawa Kaneto.

Black Lady- N.A. Name: Wicked Lady. Very evil and grown up version of Chibiusa. Chibiusa was captured by the Wiseman and was manipulated by the Wiseman, but she was later healed and changed back to Chibiusa.
