Guided by the future moon, Chibiusa is Usagi's and Mamoru's daughter from the future. She was sent in the past by Sailor Pluto to save her mother's life, whom she didn't know was Usagi. She goes to Juuban Elementary School. She was always fighting with Usagi and the two didn't get along very well, but they grew closer and closer until Chibiusa found out Usagi was her mother. She also was attached to Mamoru before finding out he was her father. She had a guardian, the Luna-P, at first, but later, Diana became her cat guardian.

As Sailor Chibi Moon, she was sent back to the past by Neo Queen Serenity for training so that she could defend 30th century Crystal Tokyo. Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Moon fought side by side in combat, and attacked together. In Sailor Moon Supers, she becomes Super Sailor Moon and her fuku is similar to Super Sailor Moon's. She also had a crush on the Pegasus, who turns out to be a real boy named Helios, sent to protect the land of dreams from the Dead Moon Circus.

Sailor Chibi Moon's fuku is a pink skirt, a pink collar with two white stripes, pink choker with a pink heart, a red bow in the front with a golden button with a pink heart in the middle, and a red bow in the back, and she wears pink earrings. Her tiara ha a red jewel in it. When she becomes Super Sailor Chibi Moon, her skirt becomes white trimmed in yellow and pink, her button becomes a heart, her sleeves become transparent, and the bow on the back becomes longer and lavender, her choker is yellow with a red heart, and her earrings are a golden crescent moon, and her tiara has a crescent moon. She wears knee high pink boots and gloves reaching her elbows with a pink trim. She also has pointed finials on her head.
